Independent retailer disclosure
SKWS is an independent retailer. Manufacturer names and trademarks identify the products offered; they do not state that SKWS is the manufacturer or an authorized representative unless a product page expressly says so and supporting evidence is retained.
Coverage shown on product pages
Each live listing identifies the verified warranty source and terms available for that exact model and SKU. Unless a listing expressly states a separate SKWS warranty, warranty coverage is provided only under the applicable manufacturer terms. Coverage can depend on country, unit serial number, proof of purchase, registration, eligible seller, usage, and the manufacturer’s exclusions.
Manufacturer programs
Instant Ink, HP+, Refresh, Auto Replenishment, PIXMA Print Plan, CarePAK, extended warranty, and similar programs are optional third-party programs unless the product page expressly states otherwise. Eligibility, renewals, fees, monitoring, account requirements, geographic limits, and current benefits are controlled by the program provider’s terms.
Support process
Contact SKWS with the order number, model, SKU, serial number, description, and relevant photographs or error information. SKWS may provide order documentation, direct the customer to the manufacturer, or arrange another remedy where the listing, this policy, or applicable law requires it. Do not send passwords or account credentials.
Limits
A manufacturer’s refusal of coverage does not eliminate any separate non-waivable rights the customer may have against the seller. SKWS does not expand, transfer, or guarantee a manufacturer warranty beyond the verified terms stated on the product page.
