Seller and service

These terms govern use of the SKWS website and order requests submitted to SKWS Inc. SKWS is an independent retailer. Manufacturer trademarks identify products and compatibility and do not imply affiliation or authorization.

Product information

A live listing identifies the exact model, manufacturer SKU, condition, included-items disclosure, current inventory, price in Canadian dollars, warranty source, relevant promotion qualifications, and whether its image is illustrative. Written model and SKU information control if an illustrative image differs from the physical unit.

Prices, estimated taxes, and final total

Displayed product prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Checkout calculates a destination state/province tax estimate. U.S. estimates use the state-level base rate and can omit city, county, district, or special taxes. Canadian estimates use published province/territory rates for standard taxable goods. The estimate is not a final legal tax determination. SKWS confirms the final government tax and final payable total by email before COD dispatch or bank-transfer payment. A customer may decline if the confirmed total materially differs from the submitted estimate.

Order request and acceptance

Submitting checkout creates an order request; it is not automatic acceptance. SKWS reviews inventory, destination, address, estimated tax, final tax, payment method, order limits, and fraud indicators. SKWS may accept, request clarification, or reject the request. Inventory is reserved for a submitted request, but the reservation can be released for a rejected, cancelled, expired, or unverified order.

Cash on delivery

For an accepted COD order, the final confirmed total is due according to the carrier-supported delivery process. COD availability can depend on destination and carrier capability. SKWS will not dispatch if COD cannot be supported on the verified route unless the customer affirmatively accepts another method.

Bank transfer

A bank-transfer order begins in Payment verification in process status. SKWS sends bank instructions privately to the checkout email after inventory, destination, tax, and final-total review. The customer must reply to that email with payment proof. Fulfillment begins only after SKWS verifies the payment. Customers must never send online-banking passwords, one-time codes, or unrelated credentials.

Shipping

SKWS ships only to the United States and Canada using UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Standard shipping is free on merchandise subtotals above CAD $50. Orders placed before 4:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day are normally processed that day; later orders are normally processed the next business day. Estimated transit is 3–10 business days after dispatch, with carrier tracking normally updating within 24 hours after shipment.

Cancellation, returns, and warranty

The published Cancellation, Returns and Refunds, Shipping, and Warranty policies form part of these terms. Non-waivable consumer rights continue to apply.

Acceptable use

Users must not submit false contact or delivery information, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the website, abuse order or support systems, scrape restricted data, introduce malicious code, or use another person’s information without authority.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SKWS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from website use, third-party carrier delays, or manufacturer services. This limitation does not apply where prohibited and does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Ontario, Canada, without excluding mandatory consumer protections that apply to the customer’s transaction. Courts or dispute forums with lawful jurisdiction may hear a dispute.

Contact and changes

Contact SKWS using the details above. Material changes apply prospectively from the stated effective date; the accepted policy version is preserved with each order.
