Service area

SKWS accepts bank-transfer order requests for delivery to valid addresses in the United States and Canada. COD is available only for carrier-supported destinations. Checkout requires a supported state, province, or territory.

Shipping charge

Standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal is more than CAD $50.00. Every product in the current live catalog individually exceeds that threshold. If a future order does not qualify, SKWS will show the applicable shipping charge before the customer submits the order request; SKWS will not add an undisclosed mandatory shipping charge after consent.

Processing cutoff

Orders placed before 4:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day are normally processed the same business day. Orders placed after that cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays are normally processed on the next business day. Processing means order, product availability, address, tax, payment-method, and fraud-prevention review; it does not mean carrier possession.

Carrier eligibility and delivery estimate

Eligible COD orders are assigned to UPS after route, address, order-value, and carrier-service verification. SKWS supports eligible UPS COD routes within Canada and from Canada to the contiguous United States. Alaska and Hawaii orders use bank transfer. Bank-transfer shipments may use UPS, USPS, or FedEx according to the selected service. SKWS confirms the carrier and delivery estimate before accepting the order.

Tracking

A tracking number is added after the parcel is tendered to the selected carrier. Tracking activation and transit timing depend on the carrier service and route confirmed for the order. Carrier disruptions, severe weather, border processing, remote-area service, and other circumstances outside SKWS’s reasonable control can affect transit time.

Address review and cross-border delivery

Customers must provide a complete deliverable address and a working phone number. SKWS may contact the customer before confirmation when an address is incomplete or a carrier identifies a delivery restriction. Cross-border orders may be subject to government procedures or charges not included in the site’s state/province tax estimate; SKWS will disclose any known material charge before payment or dispatch.

Risk, damage, and non-delivery

Inspect the package promptly. Report visible carrier damage, missing parcels marked delivered, or material shortages through the Support page as soon as reasonably possible. Keep the carton, labels, packaging, accessories, and photographs while the claim is reviewed.
