At SKWS Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging, manuals, and accessories.
- Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products and services are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
- Software, licenses, or digital products once activated or downloaded.
- Services that have already been completed or delivered.
- Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling by the customer.
3. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
4. Replacements & Exchanges
- If an item is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
