At SKWS Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging, manuals, and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products and services are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Software, licenses, or digital products once activated or downloaded.
  • Services that have already been completed or delivered.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling by the customer.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

4. Replacements & Exchanges

  • If an item is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the return process outlined above.
